Workout – Change the attitude!

“I ate a cheese loaded pizza last night, I better exercise today.” I have heard people say this so many times. I kept wondering, why do we associate working out as a punishment for what we ate? What I want to convey through this article is that ‘the problem is not the situation but our attitude towards that situation’.
Our bodies are capable of doing a lot of things. Our stamina, endurance and strength are the features of out body. The features are to be celebrated and enhanced. Working out is the way to do it. Every one of us should look at exercising as an appreciation of our body’s features.
This change in attitude will make the process of getting healthy or maintaining the health more satisfying. Better attitude will enrich your life and give better results on various fronts such as mental and physical well-being.
